Scenery Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport (SCEL), Santiago, Chile. A total makeover only for the FSX default airport: the new runway 17R/35L added along with taxiways and taxisigns for it, runway 17/35 corrected to 17L/35R and navaids corrected for it by ADE, all other taxiways and taxi signs also updated, assigned parking with extra parking all numbered in the correct order, new control tower, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other improvements, airport views are from inside the control tower. By Ray Smith.

There are 3 BGL files: SCEL_ADE_RS.BGL, SCEL_ADE_CVX.bgl and a SCEL_ADE_OBJ.BGL file.

The SCEL_ADE_RS.BGL is the Main airport file.
The SCEL_ADE_CVX.bgl file removes the trees/buildings for the new runway 17R/35L and parts of the cargo apron.
The SCEL_ADE_OBJ.BGL is the scenery objects file, please make sure this goes into the correct folder.

Oct 26, 2017  Scenery completely and exclusively designed for P3dv4, only V4 SDK code on all scenery elements. Extremely realistic airport and surrounding buildings. Interior modeling on terminals. Native ground polygons, with bump and specular maps. Photo scenery and autogen, covering 30 square Miles.

To Install:

1. Take the SCEL_ADE_RS.BGL AND the SCEL_ADE_CVX.bgl file and place both of them into: Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/scenery folder.

2. Take the SCEL_ADE_OBJ.BGL file and place it into: Flight Simulator X/Scenery/Global/scenery folder.

3. Start up the Flight Sim and the changes will be present.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ONLY USE THESE FILES FOR SCEL:
i.e: make sure there is only THE SCEL_RS.BGL FILE and the CVX.bgl file in the Addon Scenery/scenery folder at any time, remove/delete any other SCEL.bgl to avoid incorrect parking and other airport conflicts, the CVX.bgl file has no effect on the airport operation and is only a file that removes the autogen for the taxiways/apron at 17R/35L and should always be used.

To Uninstall:

1. Delete/remove the BGL files and the default will then be active.

ADE Utility (freeware) by Jon Masterson.

And my ever enduring wife to put up with the hours spent making these files.

TIP: when at SCEL in tower view: go to your control settings and look for the 'View track/pan Toggle' allocate a keyboard key stroke to it (I allocated a button on my controller) this will unlock the user aircraft, then you can use the hat switch to pan 360 degrees around the airport, hitting the key stroke again (in my case a button) will return you to the user aircraft position.

Enjoy and Happy flying,
Ray
